By purchasing this travel protection plan offered by Global Guard Travel Protection (GGTP), you acknowledge and agree that the hotel, Airbnb host, cruise line, or any other accommodation or transportation provider where you are staying or traveling shall bear no financial, legal, or operational responsibility for any travel-related incidents, accidents, delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other covered events specified within the protection plan
All coverage obligations, claims handling, benefit payments, and liability for covered events rest solely and exclusively with Global Guard Travel Protection and its designated underwriters, as outlined in the terms and conditions of the travel protection product. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable and supersedes any implied responsibility of the hosting or travel service provider. Purchasers hereby release and hold harmless all third-party providers from any claims or demands arising under this protection plan.
